Cross Disability Team Building
How do we communicate with each other as members of disability communities? How do we work with each other across intersectional spectrums? Learning collectively, this workshop is team-based and perfect for incubating a variety of community and art projects.

Mental Health Workshops

Disability & Mental Health

Medical trauma from interactions with the medical system can lead to internalized ableism complicating relationships with family, friends and communities. In this workshop we find community in addressing isolation and issues of self-esteem and worth.

LGBTQ+ & Mental Health

Addressing access to support systems and related coping strategies, this workshop offers a harm reduction lens to building new relational and personal health practices.

Sex Education Workshops

Sex & Disability

With higher rates of sexual violence and isolation, this workshop explores adaptive sex and communication with a focus on the right for those with disability to live lives that are bias-free, including healthcare.
